Metal enters the Panda Rosa system through site drop-off, scheduled collections, skip hire, or vehicle recycling. From one-off loads to ongoing site clearances, materials are brought into the yard efficiently to keep your operation moving and reduce unnecessary downtime.
Each load is identified, weighed and logged on arrival through the weighbridge system. This creates a clear starting point for grading, valuation and traceability, while helping ensure every load is recorded accurately from the outset.
Once unloaded, materials are separated by type and grade across the yard, including ferrous, non-ferrous and mixed scrap streams. Proper segregation protects material value, reduces contamination and helps ensure each load follows the correct processing route.
Metals are processed on site to reduce volume and prepare them for onward recycling. At Harehill, materials are handled using heavy plant and fed through processing equipment so they can be stored, transported and exported more efficiently.
Every load is backed by the records needed to support traceability, valuation and compliance. From weighbridge data to supporting documentation, Panda Rosa captures the information required to keep material movements properly recorded.
Once processed, recovered metals are prepared for onward shipment and returned to UK and global manufacturing supply chains. What was once scrap becomes a reusable industrial resource again, ready for its next purpose.
